Wrappers, Designs and Chocolate Bars

Purchase of a My Little Wrapper package gives you the rights to use our wrappers and designs for the purpose of wrapping chocolate bars only. Copyright of the designs remains with N5 Ltd and you may not copy, alter or make use of the wrappers in any way other than as wrappers for chocolate in accordance with the methods and techniques described in the relevant package.

If you use any wrappers other than those provided by My Little Wrapper then such wrappers must not include any reference to My Little Wrapper, including the website address and the logo.
If you use wrappers provided by My Little Wrapper as wrappers for chocolate bars provided by any supplier other than N5 Ltd, this is at your own risk and responsibility. In particular, N5 Ltd will not accept any liability of whatsoever nature arising from this, whether to other suppliers, consumers or otherwise.
Any chocolate bars supplied by N5 Ltd will be clearly marked with a ‘best before’ date and normally this will be at least 6 months from the date of purchase. It is the purchasers responsibility to manage their stock so that they use bars before this date has passed.

Web Site
N5 Ltd does not warrant that the operation of the My Little Wrapper website or the hosting of the domain name will be uninterrupted or error free because of the nature of those services, and no liability or losses consequent on such matters will be accepted by N5 Ltd.

All material provided is owned by N5 Ltd and is subject to copyright protection. You must not copy any of the material, in any circumstance, without the prior written consent of N5 Ltd.

Software access
Your password for access to the software and secure website is for your personal use and must not be passed to anyone else. If it is then your access may be withdrawn. We track IP addresses!

Earnings Disclaimer
You should not invest in My Little Wrapper if you are not prepared to put in the required effort and work as no refunds will be available if you change your mind.
N5 Ltd does not give any guarantee or warranty in connection with sales volumes, profitability or any other aspect of the business and the contents of this website should not be interpreted as a promise or guarantee of earnings. Earning potential is entirely dependent on the person using our product, idea and techniques. This is not a ‘get-rich-quick’ scheme and you will need to put in effort and work to get your business established.
Your level of success will depend on a number of factors outside our control, including the time that you devote to the business, the way in which you deploy the ideas and techniques provided, your existing knowledge and skills. Post-code ‘Lock-out’
Where applicable we will agree to not sell a My Little Wrapper Pack to anyone else who lives in your postcode area (e.g B92) during the whole of 2008. For this to apply you must formally request such a ‘lock-out’ in writing or via e-mail within 7 days of your purchase. Failure to submit such a request will invalidate the ‘Lock-out’. We will write back to you to confirm the ‘lock-out’.

To be clear, the lock-out does not stop another My Little Wrapper purchaser transacting business or marketing themselves within your postcode. It does mean that we will not knwoingly sell a My Little Wrapper Pack to anyone else who lives in your postcode area.
